Contest Description:-

Loved Z1x? Like it and stand a chance to win vivo Z1x. As and when the like count is reached to 100,000, contest will be completed. Out of this 100,000 users, a few lucky users will stand a chance to win the following prizes.

Prizes for this Contest:-

1. 3 Lucky userswill get a chance to win vivo Z1x.
2. 20 userswill get a chance to win vivo XE710 premium earphones.
3. 100 V-Access codeswill be distributed to rest of the users. (What is V-Access?)

Details of the Contest:-

1. The contest will commence from 12PM, 3^rdJuly till 11:59PM, 10^th July, 2019.
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest during the Contest Period, you must sign-in to or sign-up for an account on shop.vivo.com/in while participating in the Contest.
3. Once you have signed-in to shop.vivo.com/in, you can participate by navigating to the contest on Z1x store page (https://shop.vivo.com/in/sp/vivo_Z1x_launch).
4. One user is eligible to win only one reward. In case of any suspicious activity, vivo can disqualify the user from the contest.

6. The shipment details of the prizes will be shared separately with the winners.

General Terms & Conditions:-

1. The Contest is open to all people who is legal resident of the Republic of India ,should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
2. Participant must have valid, registered and active email ID and have a billing address within the territory of India.
3. Employees of vivo or their family members, or anyone else connected with the contest may not enter the contest.
4. Users who participate into the contest shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails/SMS from vivo containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email/SMS that we send.
6. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on (date already mentioned above).
7. Winners will be notified by email on and must provide a postal address to claim their reward. If a winner does not respond to vivo within 14 days of being notified by vivo, then the winner's reward will be forfeited.
8. The reward will be sent to the winner by vivo via E-Mail /post/courier.
9. The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
10. Vivo retains the right to substitute the reward with another reward of similar value in the event the original reward offered is not available.
11. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Contest and shall participate in such activity on vivo reasonable request.  The winner consents to the use by vivo and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Reward Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by vivo and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Contest, all entrants consent to the same.
12. vivo shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Contest, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Contest entry.
13. Vivo accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the reward. Vivo further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of vivo for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
14. Vivo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of vivo in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Vivo shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
16. The Contest will be governed by Indian law and entrants to the contest submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gurugram courts.
